Your shipment information

Advanced Cargo Systems Ltd uses the contact details, shipment information and documents you provide to prepare quotations, respond to requests and manage agreed bookings.

Your company’s authorised portal users and ACS staff with Air Freight access can view the shipment information you submit. Supporting documents may be shared with relevant transport, airline and handling partners where needed to assess or carry out your shipment.

Address search uses Google Maps. Search text is sent to Google when you choose Find address. You can enter an address manually instead. See the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy. Public enquiries use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Do not upload unrelated personal information. Contact your ACS team if you need to correct your company’s information, change portal access or ask about use and retention of your records.

Quotation acceptance and booking confirmation are separate steps. Uploading a document does not mean cargo has been approved for carriage.
